Kara Poondhi

Rice flour - 2 cups
Gram flour - 1 cups
Chilli powder
Asafoetida Powder
Salt

Mix the above ingedients with water to make batter.
Heat oil in Kadai.
Pass the batter thrugh kara poondhi strainer or small round hole karandi (Kannkarandi in TamilNadu).
Fry curry leaves, cashes, Garlic with little salt in a seprate pan and add it to karapoondhi.
