Gobi fry

Batter preparation:

Maida --- 2 spoon
Bengal gram --- 2 spoon
Ginger-Garlic paste
black pepper powder
Chilli powder
salt
Mix these ingredients in water to form a thick paste.

Cauliflower fry preparation:
1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces and boil in water with little salt and turmeric powder.
2. Filter the water.
3. Mix the cauliflower with the prepared batter.
4. Keep it aside for 15 minutes
5. Heat the Kadai and add oil in it.
6. Fry the cauliflower in the oil.
Now Cauliflower fry is ready

Then Saute Onion till light brown and add the cauliflower in it .
Garnish it with Capsicum and coriander leaves.

Now Tasty Gobi fry is ready....

Hair loss and home remedies.

Hair loss mainly caused by medicines, stress, lack of protein or iron.Avoiding certain medicines, reducing stress, getting adequate protein and iron in your diet, and using hairstyles that do not damage your hair may reduce or prevent the hair loss.Hair loss may be due to Dandruff also.

Protein is found in meat, chicken, fish, eggs, some cheese, dried beans,grains, and nuts.
Add curry leaves in food.

Dont take bath in very hot water.

Some ways to get rid of Dandruff:
1.Take some amount of small/pearl onion and grind it well. Apply in the scalp. Keept it for 15 minutes.Wash it with mild shampoo.
Do this in alternate weeks and you can feel the difference.
2.Take black pepper powder and small of Lemon juice and mix it with warm milk and apply in the scalp .

Heart attack and Preventive measures

What is heart attack?
A heart attack is when blood flow to a part of the heart is blocked, preventing enough oxygen from getting to the heart. The heart muscle dies or becomes permanently damaged.

Detecting Heart attack:
Many of the symptoms of heart attack can be brought on by digestive disturbances or other less serious conditions. But only sophisticated medical tests can determine for sure if you're having a heart attack. Heart attacks may vary from person to person, and from heart attack to heart attack. Women, for example, may experience "atypical' symptoms such as pain between the shoulder blades rather than crushing chest pain.

Dizziness can be an early symptom of heart attack

Cardiac chest pain is often vague, or dull, and may be described as a pressure or band-like sensation, squeezing, heaviness, or other discomfort.
  • Pressure, fullness, squeezing or pain in the center of the chest.
  • Pain spreading to the shoulders, neck or arms.
  • Severe pain, sudden weakness, dizziness, fainting, sweating, nausea or shortness of breath.
Silent Hear attack:
Heart attacks can occur without any warning symptoms. These are called silent heart attacks. Some heart attacks may be associated with "atypical' symptoms, symptoms such as heartburn, nausea, or sudden light-headedness and sweating. These are more common in women, diabetics, and people older than 65.

Preventive measure:
  1. Eat more fish.
  2. Reduce the consumption of fat, cholesterol in the food.
  3. Eat Proteins in the right amount
  4. Drink lot of water.
  5. Eat more fresh vegetables, fruits
  6. Do Exercise daily for minimum 30 minutes

Baby corn curry

Ingredients:
Peeled Baby Corn .
Tomatoes
Onion
Salt one teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Chilli Powder
Mustard, Jeera seeds, curry leaves
Oil Normal cooking oil

Method:
Keep the 'kadai' on the fire. Put 2 table spoons of oil.
When hot, add the Mustard, jeera seeds and curry leaves.
Add the Onion and fry it till light brown color.
Add the tomato puree and cook for a few minutes.
Add the chilli powder and salt to taste for a few minutes.
Add the baby corn and cook for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle cut coriander before serving hot.

It will be very good with chapathi

Poondu Kulambu(Garlic Curry)

1. Take Onion(1), Garlic (10-15), chilli (2),Tomato (2).
2. Heat the Kadai and add excess oil.
3. Fry Mustard, meethi, Seeragam and then add onion and garlic.
4. When its done, add tamarind water and tomato.
5. Add Chilli and coriander powder.
6. Let it be done until it turns to thick paste.(Place burner in medium flow)

Weekly or Biweekly once we can take this in our meal. Very good for gastric problems.
